Harriet the Spy

This book brings me back to my childhood, and was most likely the reason I started at least three different "spy clubs" with my neighbors.  Harriet watches everything, and keeps a detailed log in her notebook.  Not only does she spy on neighborhood characters, peeking in their windows and hiding in their dumbwaiters, but she makes notes about her friends and classmates.  When this top-secret spy notebook becomes not-so-secret, Harriet learns a hard lesson...
